So you’re ready for a new website? Let’s do this! Here’s the process ahead and what we need from you to start.
- Your Logo (PNG with transparent background, if possible!)
- Hosting Login
(hosting account and/or Cpanel login)
- Current Website Login
(if currently a WordPress site)
- Images or any pictures
you’d like to use for the new site
- Brand style guide,
colors or any special graphics being used
- We can set this all up for you, but we need to know what you have and what you don’t have already!
We ask for a 50% deposit on the invoice price to commence our work. We also offer weekly or monthly payment plans!

We use Google for everything – video conferences, documents and sharing files; if you are a Google (Gmail) user, you probably have access to this already!
Asana Project Management
We like to use Asana to manage our web design projects with our awesome clients. In here, you will be able to provide your feedback in actionable tasks and see how we’re progressing in real-time.
The Handover Process
Upon completion, it’s time to hand over the keys and get you comfortable on running your new website! In our handover document you’ll find the essentials for your website. If you want more tips and tricks on your new website, we have established our support page.
